What is Ear Wax?

Ear Wax Hash is a butane extracted concentrate. The consistency of this form of hash resembles the wax that comes out of your ears, hence the name of the concentrate. EAR WAX is created through a Butane Extraction Process similar to the process of other Aroma Therapy Oils and Essential Oil Extracts that are on the market. Butane extraction separates the Essential Oils from the plant materials, leaving behind a concentrated blend of THCs, CBNs, & CBDs etc. Lab tests indicate a range of about 80%-90% potency where most flowers average about 20%-25% potency.

Butane is advantageous to use as it has a boiling point of -0.6°C (31°F), meaning that it will fully evaporate when left sitting long enough at room temperature. Butane also has the advantage of not dissolving the chlorophyll component of whole cannabis – it dissolves mainly the psychoactive resins. What can I really write about Northern Lights that would do it any justice? Northern Lights is one of the most potent and famous indica strains, although, the genetics of the strain is one of the most confusing mysteries because no one can truly take credit for the creation of this three time winner of the Amsterdam Cannabis Cup. There are many variations of Northern Lights which poses the question, is it 100% indica? The effects of Northern Lights are strong and have a quick onset; your body’s response to the strain allows you to relax and relieve pain, anxiety and stress. Despite the assumptions of Northern Lights being a heavy indica, it accomplishes the cerebral effects that cause happiness, euphoria and exhilarates your mood and energy – with these wonderful characteristics, there isn’t a question of why Northern Lights has won several cannabis competitions.

Another City Loses to Skeptics

Fort Collins ban Medical Marijuana Dispensary

Another blow to the medical marijuana industry – aside from federal prosecution and intimidation in California and the U.S. Attorney General’s threatening letters to ALL legal states, Colorado is still battling individual city bans on medical marijuana dispensaries. Fort Collins’ Question 300 put a ban on all medical marijuana business within the city. Ballot supporters, especially those associated with “Concerned Fort Collins Citizens”, were happy to see that the ban was successful in banning all medical marijuana businesses within the Fort Collins city limits, as well as succeeding in limiting patient’s access to healthier alternative to life. According to “independent studies’” results, crime has increased since medical marijuana dispensaries opened up in Fort Collins. According to statistics, other studies showed a slight decrease in city crime in other municipalities – obviously there are many other factors contributing to crime, but clearly, the medical marijuana industry is not a reason.

Amsterdam – The End of Cannabis Tourism?

Rumors are circulating about the coffee shops in the Netherlands; the whispers of Amsterdam and many other Dutch cities are committing “tourism suicide”. These rumors may have been hyperbolized; according to Peter Skelton for www.amsterdam.info, “We do not expect these changes to be introduced in Amsterdam in the near future. There is an attempt by the authorities to quiet down the whole scene, but the basics did not change, and the access to soft drugs remains open to all adults.”
According to rumors, Amsterdam, along with other Dutch cities that house coffee shops, are implementing regulations to ban tourists from migrating to the Netherlands for the luxury of being able to consume cannabis without repercussions. It is not about an outright change of the existing law, but about various small steps to limit the freedom Dutch people have.
